NOTICE BOARD ADVERT
- INTRODUCTION:
In compliance with global procurement best practice of procuring goods, works and services, The Regional Centre for International Commercial Arbitration Lagos-Nigeria hereby invite tenders/quotes/EOI from qualified contractors/consultants for the execution of the following item under its 2025 Capital budget of the centre:

- PRE-QUALIFICATRION REQUIREMENTS
- Evidence of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission and any other qualifying documents required by law such as BPP, NSIFT, TCC etc.
Please arrange submission in the aforementioned order.
- SPECIAL INSTRUCTION TO BIDDERS
- Bidders are expected to respond to this tender, simultaneously with the TECHNICAL and FINANCIAL However, only bids that are responsive will be considered by the Tender’s committee.
- All prices shall be quoted In Naira.
- All bidders shall bear all costs associated with the preparation and submission of its tender; the Centre shall not be responsible or liable for those costs, regardless of the conduct or the outcome of the tendering process.
- Bidders should submit ONLY one (1) tender/quotes for each lot, either as an individual company or a JVA. For goods and contracts requiring installation at site, bidders are at their own responsibility and risk, encouraged to visit and examine the site/premises and obtain all necessary information for the preparation of their tender.
- Bidders should ensure that the Centre is informed of the visit in adequate time to allow it make appropriate arrangement to access the site/premises.
- Bidders shall prepare and enclose in separate sealed envelopes, one (1) original. In the event of any discrepancy between the original and other copies, the original shall prevail.
- Pursuant to paragraph (f) above, Bidders should enclose the aforementioned submission in a single sealed envelope clearly marked with the appropriate LOT NO at the top left hand corner and company’s name on the reverse side of the envelope. The sealed envelope containing all the documents should be addressed to:

- All bidders should register their bids before submission by filling the submission Register. Failure to do so will result in disqualification of the company in the exercise.
- All envelopes should be sealed and dropped in the tender box at reception area.
- The deadline for submission of all tenders is 4PM pm, 8th April, 2025.
- The tenders as well as all correspondence and documents relating to the tender shall be written in English language.
- Any bid submitted after the closing of submission will be rejected.
- All bidders are enjoined to be physically present or represented by person with the requisite authority on 15th April, 2025 for the opening of bids by 1 pm prompt, at the centre office.
- The successful bidders would be communicated to in writing through an invitation for negotiation where necessary and an award letter. The centre shall disqualify any bidder who submits a document containing false information for the purpose of pre-qualification requirements. If such an occurrence is proven, the Centre shall declare such a bidder ineligible from participating in future tendering for 5 years.
- Tenders shall remain valid for a period of 90 days and be clearly spelt out in the bid submission.
Bidders are to note that the Centre is not bound to accept the lowest of any tender and shall not give any explanation for the rejection of any tender.
- The Centre may also vary the quantity at the time of award only on acceptance by the successful bidder.
- This Invitation to Tender shall not be construed as a commitment on part of the Centre to award any contract, nor shall it entitle the submitting firm to make any claims whatsoever and or seek any indemnity from the Centre by virtue of such firms having responded to this advert.
