Domestic Arbitration

Domestic arbitrations may be referred to and administered by the Centre. Such arbitrations are statutorily governed by the Arbitration and Conciliation Act Chapter 19 – Laws of the Federation of Nigeria (LFN) 1990.

Domestic Arbitrations are arbitrations between parties who are within the same jurisdiction; both parties being either resident or having their places of business within Nigeria.
